Water Leaks

Leaks within a property are the responsibility of the leaseholder and should be immediately rectified to avoid damage to other properties. If there is a leak from another property attempt to contact the occupier or if you are aware turn the stop cock off. Where the leak cannot be dealt with, the fire brigade may be called who can gain access to the property at fault.

Electrical Power Failure   

To notify or obtain details of any power supply failure you will need to contact your DNO (Distributor Network Operator) or to notify of a dangerous electrical situation all relevant contact details can be found

Criminal Activity

Report any incident of criminal activity to the Police in the first instance, for non-emergency situations dial 101 if an emergency dial 999. If the incident may lead to an insurance claim then a crime reference number will be provided by the police and should be noted.

Noise Nuisance

Noise nuisance is under the control of the Local Authority Environmental Health Department. They will be able to assist you through the process of dealing with the matter. There may be circumstances where the Police can help, in such instances of late night party noise, and the non-emergency line 101 should be used.
